We invite all PECSA members to read the new book published by Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research (IBRKK). “Poland: Ten Years in the EU” (“Dziesięć lat Polski w Unii Europejskiej”) consists of two parts (Part One: The Influence of EU Membership on the Economy of Poland and Part Two: Changes in the Economic Position of Poland in the EU) and 13 chapters.
The last ten years of Poland’s socio-economic history was dominated by the EU membership. Poland’s 2004 accession to the EU was both historically without precedent and a great socio-economic innovation on every level.
