Doctor of social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance, Assistant Professor at the Jean Monnet Chair of the European Union, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). A graduate of international relations at the Warsaw School of Economics (2009) and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Częstochowa University of Technology (2014). She also improved her qualifications during postgraduate studies "Innovation Manager" at the SGH (2012-2013). Professionally associated with the new technologies sector for 14 years, manager of research and development projects and a expert in European funding. She gained professional experience, e.g. in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as in private enterprises in the technology industry.

Her research interests include, above all, innovation, innovation policy, innovation systems, project management, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as space policy. She conducts classes in the field of digital economy, international project management, project management methodologies, technology management and financing innovative projects. She is a laureate of the "Top 500 Innovators" program of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in the field of innovation management and commercialization of research results, as part of which she completed an internship at the Haas School of Business at the University of California in Berkeley.

She is the author and co-author of numerous publications in the field of innovation policy, technology transfer, space policy and development policy. Co-author and executive in research and educational projects implemented at Polish universities, including the SGH and UKSW (Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University). As part of the projects, she disseminates knowledge about Design Thinking as a tool in designing solutions in the field of development policy.
